It is just so rewarding to see images of a project I worked on for over ten years coming to fruition piece by piece. The CSO south of the Jackson Avenue Bridge is a long needed step toward reducing the flow of debris into the Passiac River when stormwater overflow cannot reach the Passaic Valley plant during a heavy rainfall. The CSO marks another step toward compliance with the Clean Water Act.
